Send us your requirements via email or WhatsApp — watch styles, quantities, customization needs (logo, dial, packaging), target price, and delivery destination. We'll respond within 24 hours with initial feasibility.
💰 Quotation & Contract
We provide a detailed quote covering unit price, tooling fees (if applicable), packaging, and shipping options. For private label orders, we'll also outline logo placement options (dial, case back, buckle, box). No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
🎨 Design & Sample
JOEFOX styles + your logo: 3D mockups ready in 3 days — no deposit required. Physical samples require an order confirmation; production starts after deposit receipt, with samples delivered in 30 days. Custom designs (your own styles): We review your samples and provide detailed quotes and timelines upon receipt. Revisions included until you're 100% satisfied.
🏭 Mass Production
Once the sample is approved and deposit received, production begins. Our 80-person team runs parallel assembly lines with in-process QC at every stage — movement testing, waterproof check (IP68), time accuracy, and surface finish. Production time: 20–35 days depending on order size.
🔍 Final QC, Packaging & Shipping
Every single watch undergoes final inspection before packing — AQL 2.5 standard. We check waterproof performance, movement accuracy (±15s/day), band durability, and cosmetic finish. Custom packaging (your brand box, manual, warranty card) assembled in-house.
